Coach Esmail brings a wealth of experience from his time playing in India for Gujarat State and West Zone University.
He is a certified BCCI Level 2 coach. Since 2010, he has trained over a thousand 6 to 18 year olds in both India and USA. He has conducted numerous high performance coaching programs with multiple Bay Area academies since 2017. He is also an ICC certified Cricket Pitch Curator.
